It would make more sense to buy an older car, put down all you can spare within your budget, and make payments on time every month. In a few years, when you pay off the car, you will have a much better credit score.
Shhh
$24,000.
$24,000. Your score is too low to finance it, so you have to put down everything.
It is no wonder that your credit score is so low - you shouldn't even be thinking about buying a new car. If you really need a car, get a used one.
I doubt you would be able to get a loan for a new car; therefore if you want one you will need to pay for it in cash.
Buy a book by Dave Ramsey or some other financial adviser and get your financial house in order.
You can't afford a car of that price, you probably don't have any down payment at all
- Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it? I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
- Can I finance a $4000 motorcycle without cosigner? 19 years old with 712 credit score and job? I'm looking to get a Honda CBR250R for my first motorcycle. I have $1000 in my checking account and make about $800 a month while going to school full time. I have a 712 credit
- If I don't service my new car for first 100,000 miles will it break down? Will just do synthetic oil changes every 15,000 miles + oil filter and air filter every 30,000 miles. No other services. Will my Honda last that long without any problems?
- I've financed a car and put 1,000 down, it's been 2 days and the dealer still Looking a for a bank but I've been approved already? So I've put 1,000 down for my car at Honda and everyday passes but still same response from the dealer "still working on a approval" but they have my deposit and they already approved me. Is this even legal, Can they hold my deposit and not give me the car. Would I lose my deposit if I'm not approved?
