How to repair a warped car hood?
I hit a deer in my 92 Honda Del Sol, it will close and lock but comes loose an inch while driving. The driver side is raised a few inches, passenger side seems unaffected.
You find another one in a junk yard.
Replace hood
- I rear ended a car in my 99 honda passport and now the hood will not open? The latch will move if you push it with a screwdriver but it will do nothing to move the hood. I would like to see if i can fix it before i pay any more to get it fixed… Any advice?
- Who can install a hood lock on my car? I have an 97 Honda Civic which is popular with young car thieves in the Hood. I may get a job the requires me to go into not so good neighborhoods. I want to have a hood lock installed to prevent them from stealing any parts out my car. I understand that this won't stop them from stealing my car but I have another solution for that. Can an auto body place install it?
- My car leaks anti leak sprayed all over hood of car and everywhere dripped on floor? Pretty sure it's anti freeze cause my stepdad is a mechanic and changed the thermostat and I guess that wasn't the problem but it leaked when I got to my friends house parked it I could see the vapor of it coming from my hood I opened it and it was sprayed all over the place I checked under and there was good 1/2 liter of it on the floor how bad could it be its a 2002 Honda civic coupe
