I applied for financing through a dealership and the guy called me the next day?
How do I know if I got approved for the loan? Did I get approved and that's why he called to set up an appointment? Or did he just call me because he seen my appliation? Do I just need to call him and ask him if I got approved? I'm new to this whole thing so please be helpful with what you know. I've been trying to study everything I can about financing a vehicle. If it helps I applied through Huggins honda in north Richland hills Texas. Thank you for reading and pre thank you for the help!
What did he say when he called?
You really need to avoid financing via a dealer. They charge you too much and sell you nearly worthless extended warranties you shouldn't buy.
If you did not get approved that day then credit was an issue. What they will do is tell you what ypu cann afford and nthe down payments. Financing with a dealer is best way and any body who says different is ignorant. Dealers get lower rates from banks then you do for giving them business. Banks are notorious for charging at least 1.5 points over a dealer. Your credit application is faxed to many banks and best rates will get business. As far as warranties, if you forget to put plug back after changing oil then would a warranty be a good deal?
- What's the part called on the upper right side? The square next to the grey? This is a Honda insight I'm missing a part of the bumper and I have no idea what the name of it is. I've looked on numerous websites and I still don't know what it is.

- I just got a car sales job about 2 months ago. I'm currently working at Honda and i'm trying to bring customers in through facebook? I'm posting cars in different groups where they advertise cars and also in the market place, and every time i post a car i get about 4 messages about the car. I can never seem to get them to come in the store though, and its frustrating! How do you build value through a message so they have the urge to come in the next day and at least look at what your offering?
- Can car keep up with a 98 Altima gxe or a Mazda 3 through curves and straighaways? I have an 03 Honda Element with the 4 spd auto awd. My question on the highway if my car needed to keep up with a driver in one of these cars, is it capable of doing so or is it underpowered. I mean it makes the most horsepower and torque out of the two. The Mazda 3 is a 2006 3i 5 speed manual and the Altima is an automatic in this case
