1981 Honda xr100 dirt bike?
I have a 1981 Honda xr100 dirt bike its in excellent condition and want to find out a little more about it to find out what its worth. It doesn't run but it turns over. It fired once but fired than stalled again. It turns over, kicks it just needs someone to tune it up. I want to sell it Is there any good websites that show value? What do you think they are worth?
The bike is almost 35 years old so it's not a great money-maker on a sale and the fact that it doesn't really run at the moment doesn't help.
If you post a couple pix on this site you might get a reasonably good idea but the sale price will vary from area to area so look up your local CycleTrader.com for some idea what it could go for.
I'd be asking about a website that can help me get it running because a real old bike that doesn't run is valued at scrap price.
If you can't start it and ride it, it's not even worth 100 bucks.

- What fuel do I put in a Honda CRF 70 Dirt Bike? Just bought one on a whim. I thought it was a 2 stroke, but reading it's a 4. Do I need to mix the fuel?
- Is a Honda or Kawasaki dirt bike better? I'm going to get my first dirt bike soon. I'm a "whopping" 4' 9". I want to get a bike with not too much power, but not too little, and want one that usually doesn't break down. I heard that Kawasaki's are better, but don't rely on it… So, what do you think?
- Is $600 a good deal for 1993 Honda xr100? I'm 17 and looking for a good bike to start with. Have road a few time before, but nothing serious. So good deal or not?
