2004 Honda Crf150f Build?

So I found a crf150f frame for 20 bucks on craigslist in great condition. It has the back swingarm the cdi box and the spark plug cables. I'm either gonna sell it on ebay for a higher price or build a bike. I know this is a beginners bike but it's a step up from what I have now which is a mini bike. I was wandering if i do decide to buld the bike what should I buy first to start the build. Do any of you have an order in which you build a bike? Let me know.

Rebuilding is a goid idea, but it all adds up, bearings axles cables gaskets… Etc, but if you know what yoy are doung you end up with something better than new.

Btw, if yo want to tune the engine (make it more power) or need any advice, hit me up.

The first thing I do is check the serial numbers to see if the bike was stolen and stripped.

Resell it on eBay or where ever, it will cost more than the bike is worth to replace all the missing pieces.

If you have paperwork with the frame and swingarm, etc- you can now go and get a crashed similar sized model with a broken frame and swap parts. OR, steal a similar sized Honda and pull engine and other parts to get a rideable, likely to pass quick inspection on side of road cycle. Frames with numbers and title or DNR registration tags are useful for crash resurrections/repairs. Good paperwork for the frame very handy for stealing all the rest of needed parts.
