79 Honda XL 185s Battery?

I have a 1979 Honda XL 185s. I need a new battery. The one that is in the bike now (dead) is a 6n4-2a-4 YUASA. What's the difference between that and a 6n4-2a (no -4 at the end)? I ask because I can only seem to find the latter and want to know if it will be okay to power the lights, signals, horn, brake light.

The last digit denotes the mounting terminals.

no 4 at the end does not have a fuse.
4 has a fuse
5 has a terminal that gets screwed to the frame (the previous 2 plug into the wire harness).

The following batteries have to be filled with acid.
Acid not included.

Any Japanese motorcycle shop should be able to get you a battery.

You should be fine, just find out to match dimensions of both.

I believe they are the same battery. Any 6 volt battery that fits will work.
