Bought a brand new 2017 Honda rebel?
Never owned a bike before just got this bike up to 80 miles today and noticed when I shift the click noise is starting to get more noticeable is the bike just getting broken in and thats normal or do I have problems
Maybe the clutch needs adjusting? Revisit the dealer to have it checked.
What "click" noise exactly?
An engine won't be run in, until it's covered several thousand miles.
There's a tightening bolt on the shifting lever where it meets the shaft (usually a 8mm head), make sure it hasn't loosened as the free-play makes things a bit more noisy.
- Should I get an 87 Honda rebel for 1500 or a 15 Honda rebel for 4100? Both will have same insurance rate. I know the older one will have more problems to fix but is cheaper up front while the newer one cost more now but will have less problems in the future. Also in case you are wondering the 87 is a 450cc and the 15 is a 234cc.

- Does Dealer have to pay for Dry Rotted tires on a car bought brand new off the lot? I was driving home today when my tire literally collapsed in on itself. The car was bought brand new off the lot of the honda dealership, its barely 1.5 years old. My tire light did come on but its going from winter to summer here so I figured I'd just needed to put air in them as usual. Should the dealer have to replace the tires on the car if they are in fact dry rotted? I'm pretty sure it is dry rot as it doesn't look like any flat I've ever had…
