Honda 2007 CBR125R motorcycle Fuel Injected Or Carbuerated?
Hi, My Partner is getting a 2007 CBR125R from the dealer this week. Its Got a Choke and so must be Carb'd…
But EVERYWHERE i read, the 2007 Model is Fuel injected? What the hell's going on here?
Thanks in Advance
Added (1). FYI, the Dealer Says its Carb Aswell. Wikipedia states only up to the 2006 model is Carb.
Added (2). Ok, now the Dealer is talking about how it could possible be a late register. And it may infact be an 06, but hes not budging on the price.
Some injected motorcycles have a fast idle lever that looks like a choke. It just holds the throttle open a bit during warmup.
You can have an electric manual choke.
I know it may seem, like, totally rad, dude, butcha could, like, actually look at the effing bike.
- What's the standard pilot and fuel mixture screw setting on honda motorcycle? I have a 1980 honda cm200 that doesn't want to start up what settings should i put the pilot and fuel mixture screw at? So that it can atleast turn on, i have it at 2 full turns from seated for the pilot and 5 turns for the fuel mixture screw but it won't turn on
- What level should my motorcycle fuel floats be at? I have a 96 Honda rebel CMXC250 with twin carbs that started leaking gasoline. What level should I adjust the fuel floats to? Please answer my question instead of telling me what else you think is wrong with my bike. And no "google it" answers. Thats obvious but doesn't always work, if you don't know the answer then don't say anything.
- Is a 2007 Honda CBR a bad beginners motorcycle? I got a really good deal for 1, 500… I'm afraid i won't get an offer like this again… Its in very good condition but i'm also afraid its not a good beginners motorcycle. Ah
- How fast will a 2007 Honda CBR125R travel? I haven't bought a bike yet, but I'm in the process of searching for one. The CBR125R was a pretty attractive deal to me for both its fuel economy and second hand price. I've heard quite a bit about them and I'm aware that their top speed is above any posted speed limit, but I'm not sure how the bike would perform for my body. I'm 5'10 and 160lbs. Will I be able to reach speeds of 110 km/h?
