Honda Magna VF700C Loud Noise?

I have been having this issue with my bike that i just can't get an answer to. I have taken the bike to the mechanic but they would fix the wrong things and could never find what the problem is. My bike makes a loud clanking/grinding noise when the engine is cold but the clanking noise goes away when engine is warm. I have posted a video on youtube to let you see and hear the noise. Please let me know. Thank you.

Neither of those links had sound. How many miles are on the bike? Have you checked the primary chain, engine sprocket, and clutch basket? It could also be piston slap but that's usually a tapping sound.

The bike roughly has around 12,000 miles on it. The sound seems to work for it for me. I'm not too inclined in mechanics and don't have too much money to keep taking it to the shop.

Andy pointed out one very good source- the clutch basket.
Try starting it cold again and without putting it in gear, pull the clutch lever to see if the noise diminishes, maybe not totally but somewhat. Usually the lever pull will allow oil to spread around the plates and the basket so it slows the noise.

The sound impulses, do they keep match with the engine RPMs?
The sound seems prominent near the exhaust pipes where
they bolt to the engine.
If both are true, it could simply be a leak at the exhaust gasket.
Loosen the exhaust nuts a little to see if the sound increases.
Tighten them to see if the sound lessens.
If the sound changes, install new exhaust gaskets.
All 4 at the same time.

Use a large screwdriver as a stethoscope. Put thumb over the handle & press the thumb knuckle into your ear. Move the tip of the screwdriver over the engine to find where the noise is loudest. Takes a few minutes practice but is cheaper than buying a mechanic's stethoscope.
Once you locate where the noise is coming from then you work out what if anything you do about it.
