How to fix a cosmetic damaged exhaust?

I've bought a used bike (Honda CBR 125, Remus exhaust) and the exhaust has some dents in it but it sounds great and I don't want to replace it. Are there wraps or repair services or anything to sort it out?

There are wraps but is it really needed on a 125.
As long as the engine is running okay why bother? You'll up-grow it in a year or so and it's just a waste of cash toward that next bike.

If you plan on keeping the bike for a longer period disregard the above except for the wrap.

Things I've read about exhaust wraps are that they seem to help in preformance a little bit but do need extra care after cleaning, a blow-down to get water away from between the wrap and the exhaust pipes.

It is hard to remove dents from an exhaust without spending more money than it's worth. If it is in several sections you may be able to push out dents from the inside but generally you are stuck with them if you don't want to start cutting, welding and pulling.
