I have a 125 honda pcx scooter?

When I pull away I hear a noise from the left sounding a lot like a fan belt noise in a car. Its a 2012 scooter done 7400 miles always had a service.sometimes you don't hear the noise in the sun but wet weather you seem to hear it more.once you pull away the noise goes. When I put bike on stand you can't hear it, its when you sit on bike and pull away.

At the side of the bike, at the rear (Opposite side of exhaust usually), there's a CVT cover. Remove it, and you'll see the drive belt. Inspect it and make sure it's not worn. I found that belts should be replaced every 8k miles or so anyhow, but check it first.

Hi some of these use a rubber and rayon drive belt

Remove the cover and clean out the dust that comes from the belt rubbing i would be replacing the belt at this mileage
