Mods for an injured motorcycle rider?

I currently have a 2018 Honda CB500F. I have nerve damage in my right hand (not motorcycle related) I could grab on okay, but no fine 'motor' skills. I have been thinking about getting a Honda NC700X with ABS and DCT. If I do not have to shift, then I hope I could move the throttle and brake to the left side. Have you heard of anyone doing this? I'm sure someone with my issue or just a left handed dude has done this before. How do I do this? How much does this cost? How do DCT's compare? Are these parts available?

Several companies make paddles that help people with reduced grip strength operate the throttle on a motorcycle. No need to move it to the left side.
Search for "Motorcycle throttle paddle."

Why are you asking this again? Your told what you can and needed to do the last time. Perhaps you have other issues? DO a search for motorcycle modifications. Learn what's available then find a place near you that can do them. Get an estimate of the cost.

Read these two links, you should find all you need here. You could even keep and adapt your CB.

  • What's a good beginner bike for a tall rider? I've always wanted to get a bike ever since my mom let me ride one when I was 12. I'm a 16 year old girl, 5'9", 135 pounds. I was thinking about a Triumph Bonneville (it's my dream to own one but now I'm thinking it's too small) or a Honda. Does anyone know what would be a good bike for me, even if I grow an inch or two more before I can afford one?
  • Honda CBR600R rider height? I'm about 178cm s and I'm wonderig am I able to flat foot the ground on cbr600rr without lowering it, because I have intention to get one. Please answer I really want to get that bike
  • Do you recommend a Honda Cbr1000 for a new rider? I just took the MSF class and got my motorcycle endorsement. I plan to buy a kawasaki ninja 250 or a 300 and ride it for 3 to 6 months to gain some experience than jump to the CBR1000. Would that be a good idea or could I just skip the 250 and go straight for the 1000?
