Motorcycle brakes asbestos?
Australia: Honda NSR 250 MC21 1992: prior to the ban on asbestos in 2003 would replacent brake pads have been asbestos? Also dry clutch, replacement parts contain asbestos?
Not sure for Australia. In the UK there's no asbestos in any of those products.
- 2000 rear brakes on odyssey van knock when braking? I recently changed the rear drum brakes with new shoes and drums on my 2000 Honda Odyssey Van and now they knock when I apply the brakes. The noise matches the rotational speed of the tires as if something is on the tires.
- How to get disc brakes on my motorcycle? I know that if you want to change your drum brakes to disc brakes on a car, you either need a conversion kit or a new rear end. But if you want disc brakes on a motorcycle do you just get wheels with disc brakes or is a conversion kit the only way? I have a 1974 Honda cb550.
- 1982 honda nighthawk 450 front brakes sticking? I drive it regularly to school but I went on a three day weekend and this morning everything went fine on the commute but then later in the day the front brake stuck but when i wanted to go home it worked. What is my possible problems, so I can find out how to fix it on youtube? Is it unwise to keep riding as long as the brakes are not currently sticking? This has only happened this once and I have ridden it a couple thousand miles sense i bought it this spring.
- Emergency brakes grinding noise when park? I have 2013 honda civic and it makes a grinding noise from the back were the trunk is it makes a lot of noise when people get in or out or any movement especially on uphill or plain straight… My dealer says it normal but I'm not sure
