My motorcycle won't move out of neutral and the battery is dead?
So I didn't have gas and killed the battery trying to start it so when I press the button no click and the kill switch is off so I tried to roll it down my driveway and pop the clutch but now it won't move from neutral it's a 2003 Honda shadow ace 750
Jump start it from a car or get a battery charger.
Your bike's sensors are are interacting due to a dead batteery (kickstand down most likely).
Have the battery charged than 'load-tested' to see if the thing is near death.
You are correct. The battery's dead and it's stuck in neutral. Glad to help.
- Bought a 1985 Honda inspector kid told me it needed new battery but started with jump got new battery and it was dead next day? Pretty sure its the alternator just wanted some second opinions also I got the bike for 600 dollars you guys think thats a good deal
- Roughly how much could I get from selling my hybrid car with a dead hybrid battery? I have a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid with about 175k miles. I'm the second owner and there's nothing else wrong with it besides the dead hybrid battery. The battery is very expensive to replace and it's honestly just more of a financially smart decision to sell it rather than spending about 2,000 on a new battery. I just want to know what is a decent price to let it go for considering the hybrid battery is dead ultimately making it useless until replaced.
- Battery dead after replacing PCM? My boyfriend disconnected the negative connector on my battery, and I replaced the PCM and immobilizer. I hooked my battery back up. My lights go on, but when I try to start the car, my dash lights flicker, and it clicks. Is this a bad PCM installation? Or did the battery die? Will it recharge now that it's hooked up? Or do I need to jump it? I just don't know. It's a Honda 2001 Civic EX Sedan, if that matters.
- 97 Honda Civic, new clutch and pressure plate but won't come out of gear and clutch pedal won't release? The clutch feels backwards now, won't switch gears unless the car is off and the pedal is all the way up. When you start it in gear it will not come out of said gear unless you turn the car off. The clutch pedal will get stuck down and the car will roll in whatever gear you put it in, when putting the clutch pedal down is supposed to release the clutch… It does not
