1982 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk Dies at Idle?

I recently bought a 1982 Honda CB450SC Nighthawk, and upon purchase, it started up, idled, and ran just fine. The only major issue was a sticky throttle. Since then, I have adjusted the throttle, which now works fine, however the bike will now die at idle. I was told the carbs were cleaned immediately before being sold, and again, it initially started fine.

I have attempted to adjust the idle stop screw, however my battery died on me before I could see any real results. In my research, I have learn there's also an idle mix screw, but I'm unaware where it is located on my bike.

If nothing else, I can take it in to my local mechanic, however, if it is something I can take care of myself, I would prefer to. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Will running my headpipe mess up the engine on my 2009 Honda CBR600RR?

I've seen lots of people say it's bad and others say that it won't bother the engine at all. So can someone please give me an answer. I've removed my stock exhaust and left just the headers on my bike. It seems to run normal, it's quite a bit louder though. This is not a permanent thing, just something I thought about doing for a couple months until I can get a full exhaust kit.

How to practice riding a motorcycle?

Hi I'm currently 18. I want to get a sports bike 500-600cc either Kawasaki Yamaha Suzuki or honda in that order depending on what I like. But I want to master riding before hand.
I took the motorcycle training course sadly I failed the evaluation. I'm terrible at slow u turns which I wish I had enough time to practice on. I asked for help on how to master it, they weren't that helpful. Or I'm just that terrible of a student but I'm willing to work on it and retake the evaluation on a different date but I want practice. How can I? I live in California so I can't even get a permit without completing the class. I don't know anyone with a motorcycle I can't rent one. I'm even willing to buy a dirt bike to practice. Is there anything I can do to start practicing?

Motorcycle stalls when put in first gear?

I try turning on my motorcycle and it would idle just fine, I'll rev it and it sounded good but when put into first gear (while still holding on to the clutch) it died instantly. I tried playing with the choke and turning it on that way but eventually it stalled and now it won't even start. It's a Honda Shadow VT1100 and the battery was charged recently so could it be the alternator?

What's with my motorcycle?

I got a Honda Rebel, and just today when I was riding it I noticed it sounded really weak. I thought it was because I needed gas but I filled up and it still sounds like it. If i'm not giving it throttle it'll sound really low and weak and eventually it'll shut off but it'll start up right away again if I hit the starter. So is it my carbs? Maybe the fuel line is dirty?

How to remove the kickstand safety switch to replace?

I ride a 2013 Honda cbr 250r and recently I started teaching my sister to ride, so she can buy it when I upgrade. And she dropped it and broke the kickstand kill switch. So I can't put it into gear without it dying. I've taken it apart and couldn't see how to remove it, do I have to replace the entire cable? If so, how would I get it off? A guide would be wonderful. This is a re-post, i'm about 99% sure it's the kickstand switch as it's connected to the kickstand. Everyone has suggested it being the clutch kill switch, because a "minor fall" wouldn't break the switch. So I (hopefully) uploaded a picture, that is the part I'm having trouble with. The yellow circle is a break, clear through the switch. So yes… It's the kickstand switch unless honda makes some really strange wiring placement. Help would be MUCH appreciated. Borrowing someone's car has been a huge pain in the ***.How to remove the kickstand safety switch to replace
