Was buying this motorcycle a mistake?

Last week I bought a 2007 Honda Cbr600rr from a guy who lives an hour and 30 minutes away from me. This bike has 94xx miles it and was priced at $5500. The guy who previously owned the motorcycle changed the fairings to a matte black and also added a scorpion exhaust. I'm pretty sure the guy said the bike was never dropped, but I later found scratches on top of the one of the mirrors and one of the spools broken. After I brought the bike I drove it to a storage unit and noticed that sometimes when I lean to the left the bike seems to make a clunk noise and it feels like I just hit a rock, but besides that the bike seems to be in good condition. What is really making me doubt is that the guy didn't give the toolkit, the owners manual, and I only got one key. I was so excited and dumb that I didn't realized this until days later? Which type of Motorcycle licence should I go for in the Uk and what Bike to purchase?

I'm never been on a motorcycle before, I'm over 24 and considering the direct access route or would it be better to do a test on a 125cc then wait 2 years to be able to go on bigger bikes, Is that A1?

I'm 6ft 6 and 16st, I was wondering what is the best bike to purchase, I was considering a Honda cbf but they look kinda small for somebody big, now i'm considering the yamaha wr125x as its pretty big and can go off road. But for that price a grand and a half more I could get a new 700cc.

Any advice or guidance welcome

What kind of exhaust pipe is this?

So this is my first bike, and the pipes are just a little too loud. I'm looking to install some baffles to quiet her down and get a little better back pressure. Everything I've seen online pertains more to straight pipes and I just want to know what the technical name for these ones is and if you could possibly recommend a baffle as well, that would be incredibly helpful. They have a 3.5 inch diameter at the end. It's 1979 Honda CX500 Deluxe. What kind of exhaust pipe is this

What's a good, cheap, harley style beginner's bike?

I don't know much about motorcycles but I've always wanted one, and once i get a liscense/money i intend to do just that

I'm not into crotch rockets or sports bikes, I'm looking for a more harley davidson look.

I was considering a honda rebel or shadow. As i heard they are great commuters and beginner bikes. Any other ideas/advice? Thanks.

Btw I'm 18, about 6'1 and around 190 pounds, what's the deal on insurance, and manuvering on a relatively small bike at my size? Also what costs come with owning a motorcycle? Any info is appreciated.

Yamaha WR250 or Honda CRF250?

I'm looking for a dirt bike. Not a brand new one, somewhere around 2008-2010 maybe. Which is better, Yamaha WR250f or a Honda CRF250x?
