When in first second and third gear the bike keeps losing power, it feels like the clutch keeps engaging and disengaging, exactly like the bike is being whiskey throttled, the chain tension is fine and the clutch cable is properly adjusted, any ideas what it could be?
So I've been looking for a project bike recently, and I've come across one that I'm very interested in. Its a 1983 honda magna 500 and they guy is selling it for $150. BUT he doesn't have ownership… Is there any way that I could get ownership for the bike if he doesn't have it? For $150 its either a steal of a price or a stolen bike. Which is why i'm hesitant. $150 isn't a big deal, but i just don't want to get into complications when i try and ride it. So I just want to know what the process is, if any, for me to get the title for the bike and if it is even worth it.
I have a fairly new 4 stroke 50cc Honda scooter. I recently put in a new CDI hoping to increase performance. It helped a little bit, but when I go over 55 KPH I start to hear a high pitched buzzing sound and the bike won't go past 60. Even on a flat surface.
I'm not sure what the problem is. Does my bike have some kind of limiter? Is it the pulley or muffler? Or is 60 kph the fastest my bike will go?
I own a 2014 Honda Crf250x that I plan to make a supermoto. I can only find DOT approved tires for the road, but I will take the bike on the road only around 20% of the time, so I want to buy DOT approved dirt tires. Does anyone know of such a thing?

So I'm thinking about getting a Honda ruckus (a moped/scooter) it's on 50cc but what are the laws for it in Massachusetts I know some of them but can I use it just with my permit or so I need a license
I have a Honda CT70 that was purchased at an auction many years ago. I do not have a bill of sale and the bike was never titled because it was never street legal. I would like to restore it and get it titled to ride around town. Any help is appreciated. And I live in Wisconsin as well.
Its a 2003 honda CR85 2 stroke, its more of a track bike.
