Riding motorcycles at 14?

Hi, I live in Alabama and recently discovered that you can obtain a "Motor Driven Cycle" license when you are only 14 with a lot of restrictions. I have looked at a few bikes and can find only 1-2 that meet the requirements that are not like tiny scooters. I know that's somewhat the point of the 200lb weight limit, so 14 years olds are not riding around Harleys, but I wanted a motorcycle style bike if possible (that isn't a dirtbike) with gears etc., not a big scooter fan. If someone could make a small list of bikes that meet the restrictions of the license it would be really appreciated. I found a couple of bikes that meet every requirement except the weight limit (is this a big deal? Not asking you to advocate breaking the law but would a cop really weigh your bike if an issue arose if it was a small bike and didn't look like a full size street bike?) bikes that I found are listed below, Thanks!

Is this motorcycle too old?

Was looking at a 2007 honda cbr600rr (8 years old!) It's in mint condition, no damage what-so-ever. Only has 5,800 miles. I got the price down to $5,200.

Is this bike too old? I'd like to keep it for at least 5 years.

What are some things to look at next time I go back to see the bike?

Can a kawasaki klx 140L ride with a honda crf 150r and or crf 150f?

I'm talking just offroading/trail standpoint. I know a crf150r would crush a klx 140l in motorcross since the klx isn't a racing bike.

Mini bike engine runs full throttle, I believe there's a problem with the internal governor gear, any thoughts?

It's a Honda g150 engine that's been sitting in a shed for over 35 years. I took off the carb and cleaned it out, the governor arm doesn't return back to idle, it just sits on full throttle. Runs fine minus that problem. Got it started yesterday and it took off I had to bail and it kept going right into my neighbors house lol.

Why won't my bike turn on?

How to restore power to my motorcycle?

I have an '85 Honda rebel and it doesn't power on when I turn the key - no light or anything. The battery seems fine (reading 12.4) and the fuses all have continuity. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to.working on motorcycles, especially when it comes to electrical work. Any suggestions?
