Should I buy a Honda CBR 125?
I'm nearly 17 and I'm wondering if I should get one as I want a good bike that is reliable and also sporty
Sure… That's a good bike, assuming it is in good condition. If getting a new bike, look at the CB300F or CBR300R. Very light weight, low, more powerful, good mileage, and inexpensive
The CBR-125 fits all your criteria very neatly. If you can get a decent price for insurance, it's a great bike to start out on.
The CBR125 is both of those, sporty and reliable. A top selling bike on the 125cc market because of that.
I must agree with exoplanet, 125's are nice little bikes but if you ever find yourself on the highway and want to overtake then you will be dropping 3 gears, opening the throttle and spending the next few seconds waiting for something to happen, a 300cc is a lot more practical
- Which is the Best Scooter among Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Swish 125, TVS Jupiter? I'm planning to buy a scooter and I'm sceptical in my choice between Honda Activa 125, Suzuki Swish 125 Facelift, TVS Jupiter, Suzuki Access 125, from the mentioned scooters which could be the best choice with respect to Mileage, performance and maintenance free Vehicle?
- Should I buy a 08 Honda CBR 125 for 800$? I'm thinking this is a really good price for the bike I'm just worried I'm going to look funny on it because I'm 6'3 180 pounds. Also I feel like people make fun of guys on low cc bikes but I have never ridin a bike before and want to get into it cheap and upgrade to a bigger bike when I'm comfortable with it
- I'm Missing these few parts in my honda cbr 125 and was wondering where i could find them? Honda Cbr 125r 2008: I can remove the main seat without removing the back seat due to a certain screw missing. I'm not sure what screw it is and i need one soon for when i do my MOT. Also, the screw that holds the rubber bit over the battery is gone, not sure what screw type to get (or even if its a screw haha!). sorry for my noobyness.
- How does Honda Cbr 125 (Original) sounds like? If it sounds like one of those squeaky scotter/moped ones I ll rather wait till 18 years to get a 250/300 cc bike
