Tough MotorCycle Break In Process?

I just bought a brand new 2016 Honda CBR500R fresh out of the crate, i'm close to 500km and I have been riding it pretty hard (full throttle, improper gear shifting like from 5-1 without releasing the clutch, shifted without the clutch a couple of times, and sometimes not letting the bike warm up before riding), I just figured out about the break in process and the oil change at 1000km, i'm scared this might cause some damage to the bike and how long it will last. I have noticed the shifting getting soft to where I can't feel shifts, and the braking has softened up a lot as well. I figured the engines would be tested in the factory and alreading broken in but i'm and idiot.

Whenever any company builds a vehicle to be sold they prime the engine and then floor it down usually a 1/4 mile strip to make sure everything's working right if there's problems it sounds like your careless driveing caused them. The early first oil change is because to prime a engine you use a zinc oil mix that helps protect the engine it shouldn't be to big of a problem if You go past the 1000 km with out a oil change brakes getting soft is normal they work best after they have been worn down a little the soft shiftings weird because when a transmission or clutch gets worn out it should shift harder not easier

No

You have the last word of your main question correct.
All the rest lays on that word.

It might be boring but reading your owner's manual really will save you money (if it is not too late).

Yep, you're an idiot.

It is still under warranty. If you have a problem with the bike take it to the dealer and don't mention your stupidity.

You may not have done any real damage. Mfr expects these type to get a hard life. Change oil immediately, DON't use any Zn or Teflon additives in a Jap bike, it will ruin your clutch.

The brakes, etc, take it in and have them flushed under warranty. Moisture in the fluid has nothing to do with poor break in.
