What motorbike CRF should I get?

I learned to ride mx on a Honda CRF80 which was really slow and so small that I kept tripping on corners because my feet and knees were so awkwardly perched. That bike that

I've been looking at CRF150, and am wondering if that'd be more suited, or if I could ride something more advanced.

Either the 150 or the 250 should be perfect for you, they have the size and power you need but are not overpowered. Both are perfect for someone at your stage.
if you want some advice from a lifelong rider when you get older and want a streetbike you should look at something like the cbr 125 or cbr 300 or the kawasaki ninja 300, they are all perfect beginner streetbikes with more than enough power for city use and a bit of highway riding, when you outgrow them then you go up to the 500 or 600 cc bikes and a few years later if you have the experience and need more power ( although you will never use it on the street so they really need to go on a track to be used right ) then you go to the 1000cc bikes
