Where to look for good deals on motorcycles?
I'm looking for something like a honda CBR250r or even 600rr but i don't think i have enough experience on bikes for a 600cc motorcycle. I'm looking for more of a dealership or a place i can make a down payment and pay it off quick. Any suggestions?
You can look for better deals on motorcycles. Anyway Honda Cbr is a good option to have. You can go for that as well.
If you want to finanace a bike as you are unable to buy it outright, you are better off going to a bank.
Whether you take a motorcycle loan, or use a personal line of credit, they are always 10 fold better than financing with a dealer. Will get better interest rates, and the dealer is less likely to screw you over. Unless you read the fine print, you are more than likely to get gouged really badly with financing, but they will spin it in a way that makes you feel like you are coming out ahead.
(Almost everyone who finances with a dealer thinks they are getting a really good deal, but in about 90% of cases, they are getting hosed. Soon as you say you are financing, their ears perk up and they just see dollar signs over your head. They could give you a deal like 20% under MSRP, and they are still going to be making about 60% pure profit after they bend you over on the interest.)

You could look on Craigslist. Dealerships do advertise on there and they have financing terms available

- I want to learn more about fixing up motorcycles. What's the first step I could take to do this? I have a 94 Honda Shadow VT600. For now I thought I'd learn how to clean my carburetor. I know I need a carb-kit but I'm not sure where's the best place to get one of those.
- Good beginner motorcycles? (Perferably sport)? About to get my motorcycle license, I'm 17. I want a motorcycle that is good for beginners but doesn't make me look like a *****. I'm thinking of getting a sport bike but i don't know. Any suggestions, tips, advice would be much appreciated. Thank you. ***** stands for P U S (C) Thinking of the Honda CBR600RR. - What is a good mileage to look for in a Honda Civic, Scion xB, and Toyota Prius to be used for a few years without too many problems? I'm looking at the above mentioned cars to be used for 1-3 years, but I do not know the mileage to look for. I d like to know the milage lifetime for each car mentioned, and approximately at how many miles the car will survive without having consistent problems. If you could give me the answer for each kind of car, or even one of them it would be greatly appreciated.
