Please clarify the below related to a 4 door passenger sedan

question 1:
in most cars, i see one axle has disc brake and the other has drum brake… How is it being decided
is it based on the front or rear wheel drive-if it is a all wheel or 4 wheel drive, then disc brake is used on both front and rear?
question 2:
on a honda car spec, i see the below
Max Power 116 bhp @ 6600 RPM
Max Torque 146 Nm @ 4800 RPM
what is the difference between the above and how does it matter.
question 3:
when it comes to suspension:
Suspension Front McPherson strut with stabilizer, coil spring
Suspension Rear torsion beam axle with stabilizer, coil spring
is the above a good configuration.is suspension releated to transmission or is it something completely different
question4:
Front Tyres 175 / 65 R15
Rear Tyres 175 / 65 R15
what does 175 and 65 mean in the above - and r15 as well
question 5:
Steering Type Rack & Pinion Power steering
what other types of power steering available in normal 4 door sedan cars.is the above a good power steering config
