What's is best minivan selled of the Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey?
I would guess you couldn't go wrong with either one.
There's a mechanic on YouTube named Scotty Kilmer who says that the transmissions on the Honda Odyssey fail more often than Toyota Sienna. These automatic transmissions aren't even made by Honda, he says. So the Sienna has that advantage.
I have a Sienna that I bought for traveling (I put a bed in the back). I'm very happy with it. It doesn't handle like a sports car, exactly, but it has a very soft, smooth ride, which is nice on a long trip.
I'd buy the Honda.
I owned an Odyssey, after my wife insisted. I'll NEVER buy another. Constant engine problems, that were never resolved. Toyota is best.
Both are very reliable vans, you won't go wrong with either. Toyota historically would outsell Honda though, which is my opinion, and not fact based on numbers.

Not that I'm unappreciative of them giving me a car for free, but I wonder if this is safe? Since it's such a large car would it be safer to drive a sedan like a Civic or something?
