Why does Honda z50r kick into gear from neutral some of the time?

I've had a 94 z50r since I was 10 or so and as far as I can remember it would kick out of neutral and into 1 or 2 gear never 3 sometimes. It ussialy does it after I start it up, the engine rpm slightly builds up by itself and all the sudden it kicks into gear and tries to fly off… My friend was going to buy it from me until I told him about it and now he won't take it becaus his michanic said the clutch is busted (when it's completely word of mouth) or something and it's a 300 reapair. Can sombody explain the problem for me? It's never bin a problem, it just does it sometimes

What car would be the best option?

I'm 18, (female) and my parents need to figure out what car to get me for Christmas. I want to make the more responsible choice of them all. All would be 2015-2016 makes. My lasting choices are:
Honda Crosstour
Mini Cooper Clubman
KIA Optima
Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Chevy Impala

My parents are also paying for my gas and insurance until I get out of college, so is there anything that would make insurance lower? Maybe a color or something?

Is it my fault if I hit a car that cut me off?

Traffic was at a stop and was not moving for a ruff 20 min so I turned off my car
Traffic finally started to move and the car in front of me got quit far so I turned on my car and started excellerating and hit a ought 30 to 40 mph "me being in the middle 3rd lane out of the 5 lane free way" and this white Honda hops right into my lane not completing the change in lanes "her being in the 2nd lane to the right" and I ended up hitting her bumper "lower right" and my bumper was damaged as well "top left"
We did a police report explained to the cops what happened and seemed like they believed my story to when she told the officers her story I kept seeing the officers going back and fourth with our cars and pointing at the damages
Would I be at fault or was it her and I don't have to worry a ought it?
I did slam my brakes as well before making contact and it was a ought 2 in the morning with rain, light rain

Who would you blame if this close call had been an accident?

I was simply curious after reviewing the video that day.

As you can see, the car pulls out and nearly hits me while trying to change lanes to avoid the bus. Presumably the bus driver stopped off camera since the Honda and the car behind them continued alongside me. In your personal or professional opinion, who would be at fault if:

1. The car had hit me without the bus hitting the car? Bus or car?

2. The bus had hit the car as well as the car hitting me? Bus, car, or both?

3. Due to my late reaction, would I be held partially responsible at all?

Why do you come to your conclusion? On one hand, the car was not there before and had just pulled out. On the other hand, the bus driver could or should have continued checking to make sure it was still clear to pull forward.

Added (1). On #3, it's not that I wasn't paying attention. I was just brain dead at the time after an exam and incapable of thought.
