Getting a $4000 loan to buy a car? No credit?

I'm 18, Just got my license… But I really need a car. I don't have family that are willing to help me in Anyway get a car. I only have 700 saved up after working almost two months… Which is ridiculous… I only work part time, so a job is a job…
I've been driving around my brother in laws car when he doesn't need it, but nights like tomorrow we both work, so I can't just borrow his car. So I'll probably have to drive my grandpa's van, which I've never done before, because I get off too late for him to get out.
Its just becoming an issue.
My dad is very picky, and he wants me to save like 3000 to buy a car off of Craigslist,. That scares me a lot. I don't want it to break down and stuff.
After doing some research, I found a car at a local honda dealership, they're only asking $3,995 for the car.
So I would be asking for a 4000 loan… Which I'm pretty sure I can do.
I make about 1000 a month though, not much at all. But My college this.year is completely free, I live at home, with my granpatents, taking care of them, so the only bills I could have is this loan, insurance, and gas.
Or I could just keep trying to save and driving my grandpa's giant, wheel chair accessible van that I can't park…
I don't know what to do and need some advice.
Every time I bring it up with my dad, he treats me like an idiot.

Tire size to prevent rim damage?

Ignoring the type of rim material and how its made. Which tire size is pretty good at preventing RIM damage? I have Honda's stock 215/65 R16 and drove with them a year and nothing ever happened. I bought some 215/35 R18 on craigslist for a really cheap price in my opinion. After like two weeks I went on a good size pothole and I could tell the wheel got messed up. I parked and thought it was the tire for sure that blew up or something, to my surprise the tire was intact but the RIM was bent. Rim fixed for $100. Another two weeks or so and ta-da again same exact thing. Another $100. However, this time I went on to purchase new bigger tires I got 225/40 R18 all four at $420. This time I went on about a month before I hit this enormous pothole. Another $100. I let that one go since it was pretty big and since it was my daily path I saw other cars stranded there due to that enormous pothole. Well two more weeks and now another wheel was semi-flat in the morning, thinking it was a flat due to a nail or some puncture I went to get it patched and there I get the news that the rim is slightly bent.
I'm over these FUSION BLACK TRACE RIMS. Even though the rims from Honda and these Fusion seem the same, or least sure feel the same to me.
I would just like to know what you guys have on. Please tell me the whole size of the tire. I know for sure I'm never going to buy;
215/35 RXX
225/40 RXX
They will let the Rim take damage.

Added (1). The RXX is supposed to mean any Rim size

Why are Bentley leases incredibly cheap?

Has anyone else seen the recent lease deals Bentley is advertising?
$2,250 for 36 months with $5,000 due at signing… Is that a joke?!
I know that's not "cheap", but that means that a brand new Bentley is in the affordable range for a physician earning $350k a year or so. That's crazy!
When I see a Bentley, I think of someone making much more money than that.

What do you guys think of Bentley's shockingly low lease deals?

**yes, I know that a car payment like that is still expensive but it's a BENTLEY. Not a Kia or a Honda or even a Benz.

Added (1). this is for a Bentley w/ MSRP of $198,000

Added (2). yes, I know most physicians making $350k are not in Bentleys. In fact, a lot of physicians I know drive Hondas or midsize luxury sedans like BMW 5 series. I'm just saying that it's within their reach if they really wanted one!

I'm considering a BMW 328xi coupe 07'?

I'm 19. I'm looking around on websites and the cheapest one in my area is for 6k. The ones i was more trustowrthy of are 9k. I will have the money to pay for it since i will have a ton of left over money from school since I'm commuting. So instead of paying 12k to stay on campus, id rather put that towards a car. Anyways, the ones i see do have like 90k-110k miles on it. Personally, i would take it to get inspected before putting a dime down. However, i do plan on replacing some of the parts in the following year anyways if i do get this car. I would like some polite responses about this. On one of them, i checked the car fax since it was free and it had no prior issues, just regular maintenance and some of the parts have been replaced. The most common one i saw was the wipers and next was the air filter. Heres the link for the car. Please let me know what you think.

Added (1). P.S- I've spoken to some family and friends who owned a bmw and they all said it runs well so long as you maintain it. My mom has been talking with me about getting a honda. My dad had his mercedes since 03 and bought it new. Never had any major issues other than cosmetics and he doesn't take the "best" care of it. My mom used to have a used honda which she paid 5k for back in the 90s. But it broke down more times than we can recall and she invested more money than it was worth into repairing it.

Added (2). basically, i noticed that regardless of what car someone gets, it all boils down to how well a car is maintained. I do plan on getting a manual so if the BMW needs basic repairs, i can do them myself including oil changes which would save me hundreds. I know obviously it would be pricier so if all else fails, ill just get a 500-1000 hooptie and call it a day lol. But id love some feedback.

05 honda metropolitan starts but won't rev up?

Accidently put 2 cycle gas for weedeater in it. So I removed tank, cleaned it out. Installed new gas. New gas filter. Plug and air filter. Changed oil. Removed carb and cleaned jets, float. What else could it be? Fuel pump. If I hold my hand over the air intake and choke it, it will rev up like it should, as long as I allow a little air to get in. But when it revs up and I take my hand away it waaaaaa, and dies.
Frekin things got me pissed.

Scooter stalling on me while running?

I just bought a 1985 Honda Elite 150 Deluxe. I fell in love with it once I took it for a test drive and even drove it 30 miles home. When I rode it the next couple of days it stared acting on me. It stalls on me every time I ride it for a few miles when the gas tank is pretty low, like a quarter of a tank left, but then I noticed once I filled the gas tank again, it runs back into the beast it was when I first rode it. So I was wondering if there's anything wrong with this that I need to fix, or should I just keep the gas tank more than a quarter of a tank at all times?

Will Honda trade in my car for a new one with bad credit?

I have had my Honda for about 3 years. Always on time with my payments. I would like to trade it in for a new one but I have since ruined my credit with defaults on credit cards and student loans. I'm filling for bankrupsy soon. My question is will Honda trade the car in for me because I have been loyal and i have established good credit with them?
