Infiniti qx4 vs Honda passport?

Owner says he had it for past 10 years, no accidents, all luxury options available.
The sad thing is it has 169k miles, but then again i'm not sure how long these last.

Brand New brakes and rotors in June of this year! Transmission was rebuilt 8/13. New starter and fuel pump 2013. New timing belt, water pump, and cam seals done at 110,000. Full synthetic oil changes every 3500 miles for the past 5 years.

Infiniti for 2500 and the Honda for 3000.
