Need to know if its a blown head gasket?

Well there's a person selling a 1990 Honda Prelude for 7 bills. The problem with it from I been told is that they forgot to put oil when they needed to and it struggles to run now. And I asked if white smoke comes out the exhaust and it does but it doesn't overheat. I tried asking more questions but the person didn't seem to know much over the phone. Wondering if anyone would know what's wrong with it. I would give more information but the other person doesn't know much about it. Should I just forget about it or get the price a lot lower, if so how much is it to repair? The interior is nice, ac runs, stereo, ect. Just that bit I don't know about

I want to purchase a scooter?

Which is best, Honda Activa, Honda Activa 125, Hero Maistro, TVS Jupiter and Suzuki Swiss. Which one is best for male person?

Why is Toyota still best selling?

First of all, Toyota's engines are not known for good gasoline or diesel engines.

Gasoline- beaten by Honda and Hyundai, Subaru etc.
Toyota 2.0 has 140 horsepower, equivalent to Honda's 1.8
Honda's 2.0 has 150+ horsepower
Toyota's 4.0 V6 260 hp, while Hyundai's 3.5 V6 has 276 hp.

Diesel- Hyundai is boss
Toyota 2.5 KD engine has 101 horsepower, 200 Nm
Hyundai's 2.2 has 197 horsepower, 430 Nm MORE THAN 2x more hauling power.

Secondly, not anymore reliable. It is more of quantity over quality. Think of all those recalls, including the unintended acceleration (which they failed to get right the first time).

Lastly, the failure to upgrade mechanically. Toyota loves to change aesthetic appearances of cars in new generations. They are good at it. But, they always use the same archaic old engine for more than 10 years without even upgrading its power. Same 4 speed automatic since the 80's. Same drum brakes in the rear.

Can anyone explain why?

Is Toyota's D-4D really CRDI?

Even a Honda 2.4 gasoline is more powerful than a Toyota 2.5 turbodiesel.

Honda K24 185 hp 220 Nm
Toyota 2KD-FTV 101 hp 200 Nm

It is like an old turbocharged non CRDI engine from the 80's. The fact is that it is from the 2000s. Engines in the 2000s were much more powerful than that.

And also, who would sell a mid-size SUV with 101 horsepower only in 2006?

How to remove a lawnmower engine from the deck of the mower?

I have a Honda HRX217 with a bent crankshaft. I picked up another Honda HRX217 with a bad transmission. I want to swap the motor to make a good mower. Yes I have good mechanical ability but I don't like to take apart something without doing some research if I've never done it before.

How much should a first vehicle be?

I have had my own vehicle for awhile now and i take pretty good care of it. I've only hit a deer (which i couldnt avoid) and i haven't dented or scratched it atleast to my knowledge. My parents lent me this car as it wasn't being used and now my moms lease is almost up and i'm looking for a new car since she is going to be taking the vehicle they gave me back.

I have always been a saver and have around 6.5 grand saved up. I work full time making around 300-400 dollars a week but spend 100 dollars per week on just gas (truck). I'm very picky about the vehicle i want. I'm eye balling the 2004-2008 Acura TL's because i love how they look and they get better MPG's then my vehicle does. I also know they are honda's so to speak which i have herd is very reliable and will last a long time with regular maintenance.

I want to take a loan out for a Acura TL but also don't know if this is a good idea. I KNOW i would be able to make the payments and have no worries but the Acuras i can find are around 8-10 grand with around 140k miles on them.

Like i said i'm very picky about the car i get and a car means alot to me since i have a huge passion for cars.

Added (1). I'm not sure what i'm asking. I guess is this too unreasonable to purchase at my age?

I don't pay for anything except gas and oil changes (i'm lucky)

What should I go with? Single carburetor or twin?

I'm trying to get my honda rebel ip and running but can't find another carburetor anywhere! Anywhere that has it assembled anyway. But on ebay, they have a surplus of twin carburetors for cheaper than the single. Should I get the twin? What differences will there be if I do?
