Okay, I don't remember much, but there were cardboard cut outs of people popping up next to cars. One was a punk rocker guy, and another had some normal looking guy saying "Where am I?"
Please… Halp!
I'm 16 and were going to buy a car for me to use. Anyway we saw a C300 2013 with about 25K miles for $26K in cost. I like Mercedes and would be thrilled to own it and at $26K on a newer vehicle like that it is cheaper than some Nissans, Honda, and Kia's. However what is the typical fill up cost? What is a typical service check and are Benz reliable as they seem? My parents have a 2014 BMW 750Li which has pricy repairs and a Range Rover HSE which is constantly in the shop. What is auto insurance typically for someone like me driving a Benz like that? Thanks and if there are any vehicles you recommend under $30K please feel free to let me know!
I know how to read spark plugs but over time, would a reading be accurate? Have a Honda whose spark plug is maybe 2 years old, would its reading still be similarly accurate as if it was only after a first good week of use? Stock everything, the porcelain is black, I'm upjetting now with a aftermarket exhaust and filter, should I upjet with if the porcelain is black? With the length of time? Should I try a new reading with a new plug? (Already installed one)
I own a 1997 Honda Passport. A few days ago I went to crank my car and the engine wouldn't start. It will turn, but it won't start.
So far several people have looked at the vehicle and it is an anomaly to them all. But most agree that the fuel pump is and that there's also an electrical issue. But here's my question: Couldn't the electrical issue be causing the fuel pump to go bad? From what I've read online, the answer seems to be yes. The car does use an electric fuel pump, so it would stand to reason. And one of the guys who had it for a few days trying to figure it out said that he actually got it running for about an hour but then when he messed with the fuse box under the hood the vehicle went dead again.
So I guess my real question is, what should I replace? Should I look to replace the fuse box, or should I look to replace the electric fuel pump? Or perhaps both?
PS: The vehicle WAS giving signs of a bad fuel pump before this happened, but I didn't know what it was. It would just jerk sometimes when I was driving down the street. Since all this has happened and I've been reading about fuel pumps, it seems that that is a common sign of a fuel pump going bad. BUT could the fuse box being messed up, such as perhaps shorted out, lead to the fuel pump going bad?
Sorry if this sounds complicated. I tried to put it in the easiest explanation I could. I'm not as knowledgeable about cars as I would like to be.
I recently found a small 5.5 honda engone in my garage, and when i was running it, i noticed that the shaft wasn't spinning fast at all, then i noticed this weird circular thing bolted onto it, and it had its separate oil fill hole… What is this? How do i take it off?! I don't want to take it off and mess it up
Is it possible to store a Honda S2000 for 1 years? How do you properly store a car for a long period of time?
May I ask for your advice?
I found a used car registerd in 2013 at a very cheap price. The brand is excellent - we're talking about Honda, Nissan, Mercedes here.
However, its mileage is 100,000.
If you were in my situation, would you think it is worthwhile to buy? How long can that kind of car last?
Every time i start a new row by turning the mower around the self propell make a grinding noise.
What are some ways i can make my honda gx200 have a higher top speed without removing the governor gear?
