Should I buy a honda prelude 1992-96?
Can you guys tell me the cons & pros of it. I also it heard a lot problems with preludes & I want my car automatic not stick shift. Any help would good thank you.
Avoid the 1992 model year. It is a good car but was the first year for this edition and did have some minor issues. The 1993 to 1996 is an excellent and reliable car. It handles very well and is responsive. It has enough power to get on freeways or pass other cars. Handles the curvy roads very well and gets good mileage. It is very reliable and looks great. The only negative is that the back seat is only good for children. Any adult will be very uncomfortable back there.
I had a Honda Prelude 1985 with stick and loved it!
- What is the deference between a 1990 Honda prelude and a 1991 Honda prelude? Can I do a motor swap with my 1990 Honda Prelude with a 1991 Honda prelude? Both are b21a1 2.05L engines
- Should I buy a honda prelude (4th gen)? I want a honda prelude 4th gen automatic & as my daily car. Would it be a great car? Also I want to know if anything is wrong with the 4th gens. Please let me know anything about the h22 engine.
- Is it hard to do an oil change on a 1992 honda prelude automatic transmission? So i have an automatic 92 honda prelude. Its a 2.2l engine non vtech, and I've been wondering if i should do an oil change on the tranny. Main questions i have are, is it hard? Would i need to change the filter? Or simply just drain out the oil and add new oil in? Any help will be well appreciated. I want to do this on my own i don't want to spend over 100 dollars at an auto shop lol.
- How much does an h22 swap cost into a 1992 prelude? I have a 1992 honda preldue with a f22 non vtec engine and i belive it has a blown head gasket, and i was considering an h22 vtec swap for it, does anyone know how much would that cost? Or what other vtec engine would be good for my prelude?
