What is the name of this part of my car?
I drive a 2003 4WD Honda Element EX. Someone ripped this plastic panel off my car a while back and I'm now in a financial situation where I can afford to replace it. Where can I find this piece to my car? What is it called? If someone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

- I need to find a part for my Honda ex1000 generator. I can't seem to find a part for a reasonable price or even the right part I have a Honda Generator and I need to buy a carburetor. I can find a lot of different ones online but I only find One for the Model I have. It is 80 bucks. I see a lot that look the same and I would like to know how to find one that is cheaper. I have looked for hours and can't find one that is cheap like the others. The part number is 16100-ZC0-015. Does anyone know how I can find a variety to choose from or do I need to get the honda brand carb?
- What should I name my car? - 1 Its a black '92 Honda civic. It has little dents all over it from getting caught In a hail storm. If it helps you pick a name I like to think of them as cheek dimples. I was thinking Tammy in honor of "parks and recreation", but if you haven't seen the show, its not a very good name. Just trying to gather ideas. Its my first car and I know its not really a big deal but she's my baby. If you're a girl, you can just give me your name. Multiple would be appreciated.
