What is the winter button in my car?

There's a "winter" button right next to my hand brake, what does it do? My car is a 1999 Honda Passport 2 wheel drive v6, if that's inportant.

Which car is more ideal for winter conditions We have a 2008 Honda Pilot with 4WD and a 2016 Sedona Front wheel drive. The pilot is all wheel drive however it's in need of a tire change while the Sedona has new tires. Both are on all seasons as we live in an area that doesn't snow, winter tires are not a necessity for us. Which car will be safer for Lake Tahoe weather.
2006 Honda Odyssey aux/xm button not working? Hi, I have a 2006 Odyssey. The aux/xm button has stopped doing anything, regardless of whether an iPod is plugged into the glove-box auxiliary port. When an iPod is plugged in, the iPod shows as charging, but depressing the aux/xm button doesn't load the iPod. The AM, FM, and CD buttons are all working fine.
