Why is Chevy allowed to lie in commercials?
They say they are more reliable than Toyota or Honda, thats a big fib
'Lying' is not always as clear as you might think. You have to read the small print.

They probably used some obscure survey or maybe an initial quality survey. As already mentioned, read the small print to see what they are basing their statement on.

The Aveo is also red which I'm worried about the paint fading. - Is it worth buying a used Chevy Volt with over 100K miles on it? The price is right, but is it worth it? I know I would have to install a power charging station which is an additional 1000 dollars. There's one for sale at 14,500 dollars… But most used Volts are around 23,000 dollars. My other two considerations are a new 2015 Honda Fit or a used Mark 6 VW Golf TDI I've seen people on youtube who average 120 mpg with the volt! One guy's was even 1000 mpg, I don't think he even brought it to the gas station since he bought the car!
