Will replacing my spark plugs and a fuel induction system restore my vechiels OEM performance specs?
My car is a 2003 Honda Element awd 4 speed auto. So far it has been very reliable and practical for me in every aspect I could think of. However compared to the 2006 Mazda 3 i 5 speed, once it gets up to 90 mph, the honda struggled to go past that speed considering it's got more horsepower/torque than my Mazda did. The Mazda is no sports car either but that car i has no problems hitting the 110-115 mph limiter.
My Honda however needs to have the plugs replaced as well as a fuel induction service done.
Will my truck be able to easily go past 90 mph once I fix these problems? Could my Honda do 110 or 115 mph perhaps? I mean I have a Check Engel. Light on due to a bad 02 sensor plugs the spark plugs and a needed fuel induction service.
Take your medication
Every Honda motor needs the valves adjusted every 60,000 miles. Honda's have a common problem with the valves getting tight causing a loss of power and a rough idle.
Why you hiding, Mark? The fuel induction service is a scam.
But my car has 140,000 miles. Do you think I should get the induction service done still?
- Motorcycle OEM performance parts? I don't own a motorcycle yet but plan to in the next few months. While doing research I had a hard time looking for OEM performance parts for them. Like Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, etc. I was able to find performance parts (exhaust, chasis, brakes) on the ducati website, but can't find any on other websites.
- How to read spark plugs over time? I know how to read spark plugs but over time, would a reading be accurate? Have a Honda whose spark plug is maybe 2 years old, would its reading still be similarly accurate as if it was only after a first good week of use? Stock everything, the porcelain is black, I'm upjetting now with a aftermarket exhaust and filter, should I upjet with if the porcelain is black? With the length of time? Should I try a new reading with a new plug? (Already installed one)
- Can i used another car models spark plugs to my car? I have sparkplugs for a toyota avalon V6 And they fit on my honda accord I want to know if i can use them Will it affect it mechanically
