Engine light on 2003 Honda Accord?

Changed sensors but light keep coming on and only average 20 mpg

See a mechanic with a labscope/scan tool.

This must be the P2196 (Oxygen Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Rich Bank 1 Sensor 1) your earlier questions mention. You can replace the sensor all you want - it is not the sensor that is at fault; it is only telling you Bank 1 is running too rich. Since bank 2 is not doing the same, odds are you have a dripping fuel injector. A professional should be able to find it quickly.

Try keeping your foot out of it.
