My moon roof won't open at all, 2007 honda accord EX?

Ok, so I recently had a new ECU placed in my car, reprogrammed and what not, because some idiots blew it out, jump-starting my car, so anyways, I took it to a honda dealer to get it fixed. Well it runs now, problem is, my moon roof won't open. It doesn't even make a sound like maybe it's stuck. Could they have blown out the morter on it? Or do I need to reprogram my moonroof, as I've read online? How would I know either way if it's one or the other?

If the fuse is okay, replace window switch. On Hondas, this seems to be the most common part to fail on the sunroofs. It rarely occurs, but if your sunroof fails, usually it's the switch.
