Added (1). I Really want a Mini Cooper, but everyone is telling me that the accord is more reliable. I'm a Student in college with a full-time job. I typically only drive to work, school, and sometimes to other "far" areas in the city, but never on road trips. Since this will be my first car that i'm paying for on my own, (my current one is going to my younger sibling), I just wanted to know which car is WORTH paying for for the next several years. Please list pros/cons & experiences. TY!
Which car you buy depends on your daily needs in a car and which car you prefer to drive. So, we can't answer that question for you. Drive both and then make your decision.
Honda accord. I've never seen a mini on a consumer report's top rating. Honda's are on there all the time!
If I were you, I would definitely go with Honda Accord. I bet that everyone can find something to fall in love with when it comes to this model. It features the legendary Honda's reliability, so it is safe and comes equipped with lots of technologically advanced options. Accord is fun to drive and always ready to rock out, however in the meantime it can perfectly function as a family car. 
Easy decision when you look at the facts and drive each car.

Some people are happy with their Minis, but way too many people end up wishing they had never heard of the Mini. The source has over 500 complaints, and many of the owners had multiple major problems.
In the USA I would take a Honda any time.over a mini
I just purchased my first vehicle which is a 2014 Honda Accord LX from AutoNation Honda in Sanford, FL.
I love the new body style of the Accord and I knew that was the car of my choice.
I wanted leather seats and sun roof but the EXL was a bit too much, so I started looking at the LX.
Originally, the LX doesn't come with leather interior or sunroof but Skip helped me get the car of my choice and it was all in my price range.

- 2016 MINI Cooper Hardtop 4 Door or 2016 Honda Fit for first car? I love cute and comfy.
