Honda CRF450X and Honda CRF250L what do the x and L stand for? - 1
The L means it's the street legal model. The X means it's an enduro race bike.
It means whatever the manufacturer's advertising department wants it to mean. There's no industry standard protocol for naming motorcycles.
- Replacement back rim and spokes for my 2007 Honda CRF450x Dirt bike. And recommendations? Every time I drive 20 feet the spokes get loose and my back wheel gets wobbly. I need a new rim ad spokes looking for good sites… Would prefer to buy the rim and spoke all together and not have to pay someone to respoke it.
- How to mount a centre stand on a 99 honda transalp? I'm trying to mount a centre stand on a honda transalp from 1999. Problem is that I can't find out where I should mount the springs. Where should the springs be hooked on to the frame? The bike is imported from germany, so I'm asssuming it's a EU model.
- Why does my car engine rev up and down? It revs up and down all the way up to 3x rpm and down? Also when i step on the gas pedal it revs up all the way to the top 8x rpm and stays right there even when i let go of the gas pedal. Please anyone who can tell me why this happens? - What should I do about a garage that refuses to stand behind a parts warranty? Five months ago I had new front brake pads and rotors installed (Honda Civic) at a local non-dealer garage. Now they are making grinding noise when the brake pedal is applied. A trip back to the garage revealed the rotors were warped. The invoice said they were warrantied for two years, but the garage said the warranty is with the manufacturer and for parts only. I would have to take it up with them to recoup money it will take to replace these parts and I'd still have to pay for labor.
