Would it be safe for me to ride a 2004 Honda crf 250R when I'm 240-250 lbs?
I'm about 6'2 and around 240 lbs and only plan on riding around the farm, no MX.
If you are on even ground, you would be able to go, but slowly. If your area is hilly, you may have problems pulling the hills. Most of this type of bike is considered for off road, but that is usually on a prepared dirt surface. So if you have a road on your farm that is a hard surface this bike would suffice. Since you stated you'd be riding around the farm, why don't you consider an atv instead. Then you could haul small work items with you. I had a 150cc bike once and my 6'1, 258 lb. Husband had pulling problems just riding it around our yard in the grass.
I ride 08 yz250f. I'm 5'11" and weighing in at 215. I was pushing 229 there for a bit. I ride technical trails (but pucker stuff) and free ride open areas sometimes. I ride my bike like I stole it. If your just riding around a farm just tighten the suspension. I have mine set as soft as I can for trails and rocks. Again I was pushing past 229 for just little bit, never bottomed out the suspension. All stock front and rear.

- Can two people ride on a Honda Rebel 250? I weigh 200 lbs. And my girlfriend weighs 135 lbs. Will the bike be able to go at least 60 mph? The rebel is a 1985.
- Can a kawasaki klx 140L ride with a honda crf 150r and or crf 150f? I'm talking just offroading/trail standpoint. I know a crf150r would crush a klx 140l in motorcross since the klx isn't a racing bike.
- Am I tall enough to ride a Crf 250r? I really want a Honda Crf 250r and was wondering whether i'm tall enough or not. I'm 5'6 and 120 pounds. I'm not to experienced of a rider. I also was looking at a yz125 I know that it is a little taller but have also heard that a crf 250r is for the experienced rider. If i'm tall enough for both which one of these bikes would suit me better considering my skill level?
