My 2000 Honda Xr100r won't start anymore?

I was riding it one day and it ran fine, then 2 days later i tryed to start it and it wouldn t start, all my gas was pissing out of the flood on the bottom of my carb, continuously, turned my gas off, let it sit for couple days, turned on gas, instantly coming out the flood again, at one point it even started leaking out of the bottom of my air box. Bought an entire new carb and throttle cable, put it in, now leaking out the petcock not carb anymore. No idea what's happening. Its getting spark, i've almost given up hope.

Well, the first problem was that the fuel float in the carb was stuck open by a tiny piece of crud. A quick clean would have fixed it but at least you have a nice new carby. As for the 2nd problem, you probably connected the fuel tap incorrectly. Hard to tell.

Pull the oil dip-stick out of the engine and smell the end as you probably have fuel in the oil and that's not good.
Drop the float bowl off the bottom of the carb than jiggle the float a little asa you turrn on and off the fuel petcock. Hold the float up and turn on the fuel, no fuel should be coming out.

Look into the gas tank.
If you see any rust on the walls of the tank or any crud floating around,
that stuff clogged the carburetor.
Installing a new carb, the junk probably just cloged up the new carb.
Gas was overflowing and spilling into the air box.
Clean the carb and install an inline fuel filter.

The crud from the tank might have damaged the petcock.
