If turbocharging a 2003 Honda Pilot is doable?
If so do you know how much it would cost to do it?
Almost anything is possible, but if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it. So many things that have to be considered. Changing the compression ratios, fuel injection system, engine management computer. Then you get all that extra power, and the engine either self destructs, or chews up the transmission.
If your vehicle is too slow, the simpler option is almost always to sell it and buy something faster.
- Why did my 2003 Honda Pilot engine just died while i was driving around 30-40 miles per hour? It virbrates every now and then when i hit 35-40 miles really bad of the whole car and I also have a check engine light and vtm-4 light on. I was able to turn off to a side street put in park and shut off and then started the car back up and it was fine again. Any ideas?
- What is pilot sales? I have heard that Honda did pilot sales of HR-V in the US I do not live in the US? So I do not know what does it mean. I'm taking about the following article: http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2015/08/10/2016-pilot-could-place-honda-among-the-chart-toppe.aspx
- Lifting a 2003 Honda Pilot? What is the most cost effective way to lift a Honda Pilot? And can the Honda Pilot be lifted more than just a couple of inches? I'd like to know all possible ways I could lift the car if you might know.
- Honda Pilot 2003. I hear a sound of vibration from the engine when I drive. What could be the cause? It does not matter what speed but of course when I'm at 30-40 mph range it is more audible. It's comes from the engine. It feels like I was driving over combed road (like the one at side of highways to wake you up). But it is not that coarse. It's a smoothers vibration than that. Its almost once every minute and stays for 5-6 seconds. Sometimes more. Any ideas what it could be?
