Who would you blame if this close call had been an accident?

I was simply curious after reviewing the video that day.

As you can see, the car pulls out and nearly hits me while trying to change lanes to avoid the bus. Presumably the bus driver stopped off camera since the Honda and the car behind them continued alongside me. In your personal or professional opinion, who would be at fault if:

1. The car had hit me without the bus hitting the car? Bus or car?

2. The bus had hit the car as well as the car hitting me? Bus, car, or both?

3. Due to my late reaction, would I be held partially responsible at all?

Why do you come to your conclusion? On one hand, the car was not there before and had just pulled out. On the other hand, the bus driver could or should have continued checking to make sure it was still clear to pull forward.

Added (1). On #3, it's not that I wasn't paying attention. I was just brain dead at the time after an exam and incapable of thought.

The car changing lanes. Unless you were going at a very high rate of speed. Drive carefully meaning try to AVOID accidents all together. The other guy may be at fault and you may end up dead.

I wouldn't attempt to answer a "what if" question even if I could. I wouldn't blame anyone since that is not something I could do. ONLY the involved insurance companies can, do and would determine Blame (liability).
