Why are Bentley leases incredibly cheap?

Has anyone else seen the recent lease deals Bentley is advertising?
$2,250 for 36 months with $5,000 due at signing… Is that a joke?!
I know that's not "cheap", but that means that a brand new Bentley is in the affordable range for a physician earning $350k a year or so. That's crazy!
When I see a Bentley, I think of someone making much more money than that.

What do you guys think of Bentley's shockingly low lease deals?

**yes, I know that a car payment like that is still expensive but it's a BENTLEY. Not a Kia or a Honda or even a Benz.

Added (1). this is for a Bentley w/ MSRP of $198,000

Added (2). yes, I know most physicians making $350k are not in Bentleys. In fact, a lot of physicians I know drive Hondas or midsize luxury sedans like BMW 5 series. I'm just saying that it's within their reach if they really wanted one!

I have not seen it but know they have to be "affordable".
Kat Von D drives one and she doesn't have a significant networth.

I don't think it's the car of a physician making $350K. Go to your local hospital. Walk around until you find the physician parking (sometimes it smack in front), the cars are typically "regular" cars.

It means that the vehicle has a high lease-end residual value, which makes a lower-than-normal monthly payment. Used Bentleys are not cheap. They hold their value incredibly well, which makes them good lease vehicles. Many other high-end luxury or exotic vehicles share the same characteristics.

From your figures you're paying 86,000 over 3 years at the end of which you'll own nothing. The leaseholder will still own a 3 year old Bentley which will not have depreciated that much and don't forget they will not have paid the full MSRP in the first place. If you can afford to write 29000 a year off before you've even put a gallon of gas into the tank then it may be a good deal.

You are not leasing anything

  • Why are used Chevrolets so cheap? I'm looking to buy my first car. My budget is only $4,000. I've been looking at sedans from toyota, honda and nissan, and all the ones that fall in this price range are from about 2008 or before, with around 120k miles, sometimes with accident bumps on them. when i tried looking at chevrolates I found a lot of of them around $2,900-$3,000 from 2011 and 2012 with 100k miles. Why is that?
  • Will I regret buying the cheap tires for my car? It's a Honda Pilot. The Michelin tires it came with are $200 each, but I was thinking of replacing them with Falkens for $105 each. What is the disadvantage of the cheap ones?
  • Where can i buy a cheap dirt bike? Hi i'm 13 years old and i live in california. I'm saving up for a 125cc dirt bike (probably honda). I was wondering where i can find a good place to buy one that would be cheap. I've seen ones that are around 1000 dollars and i was wondering if there's anything good that would be cheaper or around that. If you can also please tell me if this would be a good bike for me i'm around 5,1. So if you can help me find a good dirt bike that would be great!
  • Is it better to sell Cheap cars or Expensive cars? As a car salesman? Some people would think cheap cars but people with bad credit get declined often. I know this because my credit sucks and i'm almost always declined for cars. I'm sure this makes it tougher to get a sale right? This has me thinking, i want to sell cars. Should selling luxury cars like mercedes and bmw be better than selling hondas and toyotas?
