1990 Acura integra won't start?

I have a 90 Acura integra LS that won't start when I turn the key nothing happens just the lights on the dashboard come up but no crank my only two guesses are it's either the main relay/pump relay or starter. I had a similar experience with a other Honda witch turned out to be the starter. I just need your guys help rite now will the pump relay cause it to do no crank? Or what else can it be? I was told it could've been the clutch also but I press it down and try starting it and nothing still.

Does the car has alarm system? Have you checked the battery state of charge? Batter and starter cables/ Terminals for free from corrosion? Tightness?

Cranking and starting are two different things and your question included both. So which one is it? Now to the diagnostic. First off, go to this link and d/l the wiring diagrams for the car, you'll need to go to fig. 19 for the Starting system:

Have you checked all the related fuses? Under hood fuse/relay box, fuse #30 (70A0, #32 (50A) and #33 (50A), be best: Check all fuses under the hood and inside of the cabin. Some always have power, some will with the key on. All should be good. Set the parking brake and the transmission in Neutral position.

Key is in Start position: Do you have power at the Blk/Blu wire of the clutch switch? If so remove the wires (2) and put a jumper between those wires. Does the car start now? Yes: You have found the problem, bad clutch switch. No: Recheck the fuse and the Starter inhibitor relay (NOT the main relay). This link will help to test the relay as well as the location:

Now if the clutch switch, starter inhibitor relay are good: Do you have power at the starter (Blk/Red) when the ignition key is in Start position? Yes: You have found the cause: The starter. No: Go back to the first word of my reply.

Now, the two most notorious failed item on Honda in the same era are the Ignition switch and the Main relay, both would be the cause for No Start/ Stalling problem. The only different thing is: If the ignition switch is the cause. The car can be crank and start right back. The failed Main relay, however: You'll have to wait for a while in order for the car to Start, it'll Crank but not run (Start).

These two link will help you to understand how it works on both:
Main relay:

Ignition switch (Honda/ Acura): All the same:
