91 Honda crx si for first car?

I found a crx for under $2k and it has about 120k miles on it. Is this a good deal, or should I try to look for another car. (Don't worry I'm not going to be a ricer)

You should be able to buy that car for $1200 or less unless it is super nice, with fresh paint and great interior.

It might be a good car, but even if it is, at that price you should have lots of selection. About $1000 (if it is in descent shape)
