2014 HONDA ACCORD EX VS 2014 HONDA ACCORD LX?

So i'm getting a car this summer and i'm deciding which class i want to get.

For around $21,995 you can get the Honda LX.
For around $24,880 you can get the Honda EX

Is it worth getting the Honda Ex? THe honda ex has some special features that the LX doesn't have. The Ex, has push button start, fog lights, a sun roof, and thats about it. Is it worth extra thousands of dollars? Both have same horsepower and engine.

The difference in retail sticker price is $3,115. In reality you can assume it is really around $3,000 as they will discount the EX a little more than the LX. That $3,000 gets you a sun roof, push button start, the smart entry system which you will love. As long as you have the key in your pocket, you just touch the door handle and the doors open. You also get fog lights, heated side mirrors with turn indicators, power window auto up/down added to passenger side, illuminate power window switch on drivers side, a lockable glove compartment, 10 way power seat with lumbar support, and 2 more speakers added to the sound system. In my opinion it is worth the extra money and I would get the EX. I have a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L and I love all those extra features. I especially love the push button start and the sunroof. You have to decide if those options are worth the extra cost. Know that you will recoup some of the extra cost when you sell or trade this car later on down the road. An EX will be worth more than an LX on the used car market.
