96 automatic 2.2 vtec abs Honda Accord making loud noise when accelerating and coasting?
The sound is like a bad exhaust, but while idling it sounds perfect. The sound gets louder as my speed goes higher. And the sound stays constant as I'm coasting. We jacked the car and put it in gear and it does make that sound and the transmission sounds good. Also abs light comes on when I get to 15 mph. But when we jack the car and put it into gear and gas it the light stays off. Any ideas?
The problem is that you have a honda.
- We have a 2006 Honda CBR. When you drive it, there's a loud whirring noise coming the back underneath side. What could cause that noise? The noise is situated around a CV boot on the left underneath side where the differential connects to the middle.
- 4 stroke 50cc scooter makes loud buzzing noise at 55 KPH and won't go over 60KPH? I have a fairly new 4 stroke 50cc Honda scooter. I recently put in a new CDI hoping to increase performance. It helped a little bit, but when I go over 55 KPH I start to hear a high pitched buzzing sound and the bike won't go past 60. Even on a flat surface. I'm not sure what the problem is. Does my bike have some kind of limiter? Is it the pulley or muffler? Or is 60 kph the fastest my bike will go?
- AC making loud vibration and revolving noise on 2002 honda civic lx? The noise doesn't always happen when the ac is on but it does for most of the time. It happens more loudly than normal and more often than normal whem I've been driving the car a lot that day. What could be making this noise? The compressor? I just replaced front and rear sway bar links, outer passenger tie rod, and exhaust manifold.
- New 2016 Honda Accord making loud humming noise? I leased a 2016 Honda Accord LX. Its not even 3 months old and it has 620 miles. I've noticed a loud humming noise in the engine and not really sure what it is. I'm skeptical to take it to the dealership cause I'm tight on money right now and scared it could cost alot. But I also know a new car shouldnt be having any problems. Does anyone know if this is normal or is I should get it looked at?
