Best season to buy my first car?

I've never driven a car before. But I will be taking taking drivers education sometime this month and getting my drivers license this year. I'm an adult and my job requires travelling. Logic tells me that summer is the best time to buy a car because of the condition of the road which would mean safer driving for me as an inexperienced driver. But I won't be able to buy my car until the end of December this year when winter will be starting again. By the end of December I will have my first car and I guess I will be driving in winter. I don't know if that's okay. Also, the car I'm thinking of buying is a Honda Accord 2015 model used. So it's not too new and it's not too old just in between and reliable. I need advice.

Winter driving can be hazardous, but you obviously don't have any control over the weather. If you need a car next winter, you need a car next winter. Such is life. Study tips for driving on ice & snow. Practice driving on ice & snow in a big, empty parking lot, where you won't run into other cars.

Buy a Chrysler or GM.

Spring.
It gives you the longest time before facing winter weather.

Troll

Hondas are very reliable, good on fuel and easy to get serviced. Also, since it is front wheel drive it will serve you well on snowy roads.

As for a best season winter is usually slow for car dealerships so December is good. More important is to buy at the end of the month. Car dealerships have monthly quotas to meet and that means desperation sets in if they haven't met their quotas. If they have met their quotas they can afford to give you a good deal too.

You gotta learn how to drive in winter eventually, why not do it first, get it over with.

You should be concentrating on much more important things like how are you paying for this car.

Spring and Summer. It should be daylight when buying the car, to see whether there's rust and other damages.

when buying the car in winter, it would be better to buy a car with an all wheel drive, for example a subaru, those have the best awd of cars with a combustion engine, that will not make winter a good seasons as summer and spring to buy the own first car but better than having a car with only 2wd.

Summer. Because it is too hot in summer.

Stick with the bus.

Duck Season

  • Will yamaha sort out their issues in 2019 season? I'm sure hoping so, not looking to great atm but if they can it could make the most interesting year in gp. Great to see vinales and vales up fighting for podiums with the ducatis and hondas again, probably with the suzukis alot more next year also.
  • Should Red Bull Racing use 2014 chassis (RB10) until at the rest of season? Red Bull Racing today are struggling with 0 podiums and 0 wins. Unlike Repsol Honda in MotoGP, they use 2014 chassis until at the rest of season to return to title contender
  • Should McLaren use 2014 chassis with 2015 nosecone until rest of season? McLaren this year are awful because of transition period from Mercedes-Benz to Honda. McLaren this year's MP4-30 also flop because several pointless including Jenson Button at Monaco 2015
  • Which car best for a first car? Which of these cars would be best value: 1. 2000 Honda CR-V (230000km) 2. 2002 Toyota Rav-4 (350000km) I'm not stupid and do no quiet a lot about cars but which would you get and i know that the Honda has a lot less km per year but its older. Thanks you. The Honda is $3590 and the Rav-4 is $2950
