The seventh generation Accord does not have Bluetooth capability. You may have to replace the radio or upgrade the system to have Bluetooth.
Some people have mistaken because of the picture of the phone on the steering wheel. It is actually the button that you press to activate the voice controls.
Starting with 2008 Accord, the 8th generation comes with Bluetooth and also a jack to connect your mp3. Etc.
