Help replacing my headlight bulb?
I'm trying to replace the headlight bulb in my 2000 Honda Accord. I can't unplug the wire harness to get to the bulb. I'm pressing down on the tab and pulling/pushing down at the same time. I just can't get it to come off. Is there some kind if trick to get it off or something?
Do not know your exact situation but there are similarities in most cars.
The wires direct on the bulbs should not be too difficult, using the blunt end of a screwdriver pushing up and off with one motion then turn the bulb counter clock wise about a quarter turn and put, outback in in reverse except you want to avoid touch the new bulb the oil from your fingers is apt to burn it out after a little use.
If you are talking or of there's a main plug in or if you actually need to get it apart to change the bulbs. That one could have a red piece of plastic in it that needs pried out to the side then push and pull the plug in, or may be that it needs pried up instead of pushing down then apart. A closer inspection can tell.
There's the basics, good luck
Sorry, I don't know what to say. It's as simple as all that. I've never had trouble changing one.
- Badly scratched headlight light on a 2010 Honda Pilot EX? So I'm a son who loved cars but I kinda messed up on my mom headlight while cleaning it. It is a All-Wheel-Drive 3.5 liter 6 cylinder 2010 Honda Pilot EX and it had millions of tiny scratches all over both front headlight lens. I had a auto towel and headlight cleaning and clean it with no soft cloth so it kinda made many scratches after a while it was clean. Can you guys help me to repair this damage? What product best fit this category to help repair this?

- Is it safe to put an HID bulb 6000k or 8000k on my current HID that is 4300k? I'm not sure what heat is my stock HID but I'm assuming It's 5000k or 4300k since it is still bright yellow and not on the bluish side. I was wondering do I just buy the d4s bulb? Or do I have to get a kit? What are the avaerage prices and are some of them bad quality ones? I don't know anything about lights I'm certainly not going to change em myself but have someone do it. This is for 2013 honda crz ex model low beam
